The Space

**Always feel free to contact us with dates accomodating your time in Copenhagen. The apartment WILL be available from Oct. 18th - Oct. 22nd.**

Beautiful and stylish two bedroom apartment in the heart of Vesterbro - one of Copenhagen's most vibrant, "hip" and happening areas. Located on a quiet side street, the apartment is only a stone's throw from Istedgade, Vesterbro's "aorta" and Engave Plads in a neighbourhood blooming with cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries, shopping, music venues, parks and much, much more. The meatpacking district and the old Carlsberg Breweries site are some of our favourite spots to go. Copenhagen Central Station is only ten minutes away (we walk there) and buses will take you almost to our doorstep. The apartment itself consists of:
1) a large bedroom with a double-bed (queen sized) and amongst other stuff, a piano and plenty of wardrobe space
2) a lovely living room with a couch that easily transforms into a single bed
3) a relatively small open kitchen. And of course, there's a shower and toilet.
We live in the street level apartment, so we spend a lot of time in our building's court yard, too, which is very nice and right outside our windows.

  • Small and cozy apartment with all that you need for a short stay in Copenaghen.
I didn't meet Katrine and Bjorn, anyway the communication with them was very good, fast and they were very kind and flexible. Great location and flat with good value for money.

  • Bjørn & Katrine were excellent hosts. Very flexible and responsive. Flat is clean and cozy, in a great location, especially for concerts at Vega, as in my case. Wouldn't mind stopping by again, and I'm greatful for the help.

  • We had a wonderful time at Bjorn and Katrine place. It's a really nice apartment and really well situated. We didn't had the chance to meet Bjorn and Katrine. Anyway they were really helpful and gave us, by email, all the informations we need to come to their place and to visit Copenhagen.
    We really recommend their apartment.

  • Petit appartement très fonctionnel et très agréable. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer nos hôtes mais ils avaient eu la gentillesse de nous laisser une feuille de route très utile!
C'est évidemment une petite pépite à conseiller !

  • The apartment is large, very clean, modern and very well equipped! Very close to metro lines to get around Berlin and a variety of cheap places to eat on the Main Street below. Host was very gracious and flexible with my arrival time and overly made my short trip to Berlin very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

  • What an awesome place for a short stay. Bjorn and Katrine's place was super cute and the check in/check out process was mellow and super flexible. If I'm ever in Copenhagen traveling alone again I will definitely consider staying here. Great location, lots to do, good coffee right down the street, pluses all around!

Katrine (23), my girlfriend, and I (30) are both students. She studies language and communication, I study music. We both grew up in rural Denmark and are grateful for that. Nonetheless, though, we love where we live now: the beautiful Vesterbro in Copenhagen, where young and creative people, students and artists mix with old drunks and immigrants from all over the world to create a vibrant, welcoming and ever-changing atmosphere. It's really nice here. We are lovers of musc, films, food and the arts and have travelled in most parts of the world. Anyway, Katrine has. I have done most of my travelling in The States, but I'm planning on catching up with her! We consider ourselves very hospitable and hope you will enjoy your stay here. Please don't hesitate to ask us if you have any questions whatsoever, we will be more than happy to give you tips and hints to get the inside scoop of what's cooking in Copenhagen while you're here.
