Spacious, homely and comfortable in either one of our 3 Sandyside properties. These gorgeous little apartments accommodate up to 4 guests and is set in the wonderful Melbourne suburb of Sandringham Beach. It's a great place for swimming, walking and cycling with all it's well kept reserves and tracks making it a preferable favourite for Melbournians looking for the ultimate chill out spot. The house is located a few minutes away from the train station where you can take a short trip to the CBD.

When you've finished exploring the beautiful local surroundings you can head home and relax back at the Villa of Sandyside 2. Whilst the outside of the house has retained its beautiful older style brick design, you'll be pleasantly surprised when you open the front door and see the contrasting contemporary interior, furnished blissfully throughout with only relaxation in mind. You will enjoy the spacious open plan living area kitted with all the latest entertainment systems and a flat screen TV, ideal for those cosy movie nights in. Both bedrooms feature built in robes, heating, cooling and blackout curtains for an undisturbed sleep during the day or night. Refer to the configuration for bedding arrangements as the second bedroom can be split into two singles upon request.

A spacious outdoor courtyard area complete with outdoor seating for four, feel free to bring the kids and pets as there is adequate space inside and out. Here you have the perfect spot for alfresco dining and wonderful summer BBQs! Also take advantage of the free parking included in the premises.

We now have three lovely properties at the same address; Sandyside 1, Sandyside 2 and Sandyside 3. These properties provide unique flexibility for 3 families wanting to be close to each other whilst retaining their own space.

The neighborhood

Sandringham is a stunning beachside suburb with picturesque views from the beach and a variety of restaurants and cafes for your enjoyment. Sandringham is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough via the train which is only a short stroll from the property.

Getting around

Sandringham Train Station is only a few minutes walk from the property and the train will get you to the CBD in leisurely fashion passing through some of Melbourne's most affluent suburbs including Brighton, Elwood and South Yarra.

Get yourself a Myki and you have full access to Melbourne's vast tram, train and bus network. Getting around is easy! Upload the Public Transport tracker to your iPhone or android and you will be able to visit the city and surrounds with ease.

Other things to note

- Minimum stay 5 nights, except when your booking falls within a month of your arrival and at that point we’ll take three nights. (Public holidays, school holidays and major events have variable minimum stays. Enquire directly with us).
- Extended stays for 28 nights+ are available at reduced rates.
- Please 'contact host' for all enquiries.

-Please make sure the number of guests that stay over doesn't exceed the number of guests you have booked.
-If you're bringing your pet just let us know how many and what type of furry friend you're bringing along.
-Strictly no parties or functions please.
-We have a strict no smoking policy inside the home.
-Please be considerate of our neighbours. Keep noise levels down from 10pm-8am on weekdays and 11pm-9am on weekends.
-Please keep everything above board while you stay. Don't engage in an illegal activity on the property.
-Occasionally the owner of the property may need to access the property. If this is the case we'll give you at least 24 hours prior notice unless it's urgent.

Having stayed in many bland hotel rooms and serviced apartments during my days working in the corporate world I was inspired to provide a more appealing accommodation option for business and leisure travelers where guests were able to truly relax and feel at home, open a window, sink into a comfortable couch and cook themselves a meal if they chose.
