Come stay at our preserved 1912 lower flat, furnished with Detroit-honored art & literature throughout, and enriched with craftsman character & contemporary charm. Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood, so unfortunately we do NOT allow gatherings of more than 15 persons. This is a 2-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property. The 2nd floor home will NOT be occupied during your stay; just maintenance and cleaning staff.

-Access to basement/playroom with: pool table (alternate ping pong table), foosball table, dart board, giant-size jenga, tiki toss, several board/card games, two TVs, tables with seating for 10 and a half bathroom

Guest access
You have designated guest parking spaces in the backyard, to the right side of the house, identified by yellow & black parking blocks ONLY. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the opposite side of the street from the house, without blocking our neighbors’ driveways. Please note that the city DOES NOT allow parking on the same side of the street as our home; violators will be subject to city ticketing and towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Also, please do not block the two driveways to our property at any time during your stay.

Other things to note
If the number of guests or the intent/nature of the event is not fully disclosed or misrepresented, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, and no refund will be provided for your shortened stay with us.
