The space
"We love hosting families and our home is a vacation oasis set up to welcome and cater to large groups.

The canal connects to the Spring Creek Channel and then opens up to the Gulf of Mexico. Minutes for boaters and kayakers enjoy all the islands and inlets leading to the Gulf. Lots of plants & wild life to view while sitting back and taking it all in as you descend towards the Gulf.

There is a Tiki-Hut and new outside patio area with setting, umbrella, along with a boat dock to enjoy. Boater's paradise!

First floor area has 2 bedrooms, sectional sofa, TV, 1 half bathroom, game table, ping-pong table and bar with refrigerator. Patio on 1st floor includes TV, grill, furniture, pool & spa to enjoy. There is no interior stairs connecting the downstairs to the upstairs, only exterior stairs in the front/back of the house.

The main living area is on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, Bunk/Trunnel bed, sofa sleeper & twin sofa) with full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, TV and Washer & Dryer. Patio on 2nd floor includes TV and furniture to enjoy drying off before entering the home.

Please note: The kids' room has a full bed with twin trunnel bed underneath and a separate twin bed. This room sleeps a total of 4. Ideal for kids."

Every bedroom (5) and patio (2) has a TV in the room.

"Most Dogs" are permitted so please inquire when booking. Some restrictions of breeds or any dog with a history of biting. If any pet not authorized are found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable $125 pet fee."
