Located in a quiet complex in an excellent location, just two minutes’ walk from the center of Pernera. In Pernera you will find ideal conditions for a peaceful and unforgettable holiday. The villa is 5 minutes’ walk from Pernera beach and Polyxenia beach.
The space
3 Bedroom Dafni Villa Ekaterina is superbly situated in a luxury private villa complex named as Dafni II and offers a tranquility and relaxation.
The villa combines modern and at the same time traditional design, ideally blended with the unique surroundings and atmosphere of the Mediterranean. Located in a quiet complex in an excellent location, just two minutes’ walk from the center of Pernera. In Pernera you will find ideal conditions for a peaceful and unforgettable holiday. The villa is 5 minutes’ walk from Pernera beach and Polyxenia beach, as well as many restaurants, bars and various cafeterias are within walking distance. A bus stop is located in the close proximity of the complex. Larnaca International Airport is a 45-minute drive from the complex. Agia Napa is 10 minutes away.
The villa offers spacious well equipped kitchen, cozy and comfortable furnished living space with Smart TV, dining area, which have easy access to private swimming pool. Also there is a toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms:
two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two wide single beds.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom.
All rooms downstairs and upstairs have Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The villa is suitable for a comfortable stay of a company of 6-7 persons.
Outside, there is dining area next to private swimming pool. The sun beds are provided.
Other things to note
Safety deposit for Accident Damage and Extra Electricity Consumption* is 250 euro. The deposit must be paid on the check-in day. Safety deposit will be returned to the same bank account within 5 days from the moment of departure after checking the villa`s condition.
*Accommodation Prices include 20 KWh of electricity per day. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.39 Kwh
