Welcome to “Brighton on Munro”, a modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse in Brighton, located just behind the Church Street retail precinct and within 500m of Brighton Beach.
This property is light and spacious with stylish, quality furnishings and is pet friendly. Contemporary in design, Brighton on Munro invites you to come and experience luxurious living centered between front and rear courtyards. The living area has comfortable sofas and you can enjoy the entertainment of your choice with, cable TV and DVD/CD. The sparkling, fully equipped kitchen features Miele appliances and stone bench-tops and is perfect for easy entertaining in the elegant dining room. Open the glass courtyard doors and transform the dining area into a wonderful indoor/outdoor room and enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ’s on those lazy summer nights.
Venture upstairs to the two elegant bedrooms both with their own private ensuites. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a small private balcony and a quiet, light-filled study area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with plenty of room and lots of storage space.
Brighton on Munro includes lots of extras such as a second TV/DVD in the master bedroom, a convenient powder room downstairs, a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, free local phone calls and a single garage with remote access, plus one extra car space.
This property is lovingly looked after by Boutique Stays. We're professional property managers with really high standards and if you need us for any reason our office is open 7 days a week. We even have an afterhour’s emergency number until 9pm every day - just in case!
PRICING & MINIMUM STAYS
Everything is included! Wireless internet, garage parking for 1, utilities, BBQ, lovely linen and towels. You'll love our welcome pack with lots of household consumables to get you started and some treats to spoil you. And if you stay for longer than a week we’ll come and clean the apartment and change all your linens on a weekly basis.
We've tried to be as accurate as possible with our prices. Should you choose to stay during premium periods (like Melbourne Cup, Christmas/NY etc) special rates may apply along with minimum stay periods - unfortunately we can't list those variations here but we can provide you with a customised quote, so please contact us with your dates and we will reply quickly.
NB: As a general rule of thumb, we ask that if you are arriving in the next 3 months the minimum time you stay with us is 5 nights and if your arrival is more than 3 months away you stay with us for 7 nights or more. Of course we accept any bookings longer than that if the property is available!

The accommodation was clean and well presented. The location is excellent we would recommend it to anyone wanting accommodation for a couple and three kids.

Brighton Place was the perfect place for all of us - accurate description, beautifully clean, great neighbourhood, convenient groceries at the end of the street and the best coffee and breakfast available from lovely place around the corner, easy walk to train station, although car was handy- highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious, modern and (email hidden) for 4 people to stay. Was an easy walk from the Docklands into the city, too.
close to casino and access to city in general. was clean and modern and boutique provided a nice welcome pack with soaps, detergents, washing powder and coffee and milk :) with 5 guests is reasonably priced for 7 nights. however access to pool and gym wasnt allowed and this was only downside to the stay.
This place was great! In a perfect location near Bridge Road (Fantastic Shopping!). The house was clean and tidy and modern with a cosy character homely feel to it.
We would definitey stay here again.
