Peter & Mandy made me feel very comfortable! Their home is absolutely lovely. And just as described!
We stayed for the June long weekend Winter wine festival and found a cosy retreat away from the busy Berry township. It's a bit of a walk into town..a couple of km's..suggest you bring a torch if walking at night. The room itself was comfortable and clean and our hosts could not have been warmer or more welcoming, yet, unobtrusive.
A simple continental breakfast, including delicious homemade marmalade, sourdough toast and freshly made coffee to order, completed our very pleasant stay.
Taj the dog and 2 friendly cats as well as chickens and a peacock added to the experience as well as the wonderful silence of the country at night.
Thank you Mandy, Peter and boys for sharing your lovely home with us.
Lovely weekend get-away spot! My boyfriend & I stayed only 1 night & were disappointed we couldn't enjoy Peter & Mandy's hospitality & their lovely B&B for at least another night. The location is great just on the outskirts of Berry, with lovely landscaping & chickens running around the place. Our bedroom was very spacious (we booked the one with the ensuite) & a courtyard entrance we could use after returning late at night following a wedding & therefore avoid disturbing other guests. I would highly recommend this B&B :)
Two things: shower head and a great breakfast.
Lovely rustic country-side cottage, 30 min walk from the town centre, beautiful gardens and a pleasant atmosphere. Doggie greets you as you enter the property. Mandy was very much the host with a good balance of independence and support in settling in. Definitely stay again when in Berry.
My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Mandy and Peter's Rustic restored farmhouse very much. We were made to feel welcome and our hosts, Mandy and Peter, were easy to reach when we had last minute questions regarding directions. It was apparent that a lot of thought and time was involved in restoring this farmhouse. The room was very nice - comfortable, plenty of space and charm. The antique furnishing and decorations throughout the house were well done. The ensuite had a really nice shower and the bed was very comfortable. Mandy served us breakfast consisting of a wide selection of fresh fruit, our choice of cereal and fresh bread delivered by Peter from the local bakery. We would highly recommend this B & B to others.
A very lovely, restful property located in what be one of NSW's jewel areas. The property was as described and Peter and Mandy were great hosts. Definitely a BIG thumbs-up!

About the Host, Peter And Mandy
We are Peter and Mandy, and 17yr old Jack working his way through school. We are friendly, relaxed and enjoy travelling... since we can't do this at present we are very happy to meet people here at the B&B and host those who are lucky enough to be doing so!!
We also run a Woodfired Pizza shop...in Nowra (we're busy!) so are probably eating too many pizzas...we do this because we're usually hungry, also we feel that once we are not 'pizza shopping' anymore we will have no where to go for a good pizza!
About the House:

The house is very comfortable with 2 lounge areas, a fireplace and a large rustic kitchen and dining area to enjoy your provided continental breakfast which consists of cereal, fruit, homemade jams, sourdough breads, tea and awesome coffee.
