Shevi was very responsive from the beginning of the process until the end. She was very accommodating, flexible, and friendly.
The house exceeded our expectations: it's beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. We had a great time swimming and cooking and laying around. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Palm Springs vacation.
I absolutely loved staying at Shevi's Palm Springs home. The house fit our needs for a nice weekend getaway with a few friends, a large pool, and a BBQ. With ample space in the backyard to lay out and tan, we loved being able to use the space to relax. Communication with the host was perfect - clear and prompt! I would definitely stay here again.
Shevi was a great host she always replied quickly whenever I had a question and the house was just as pictured and The neighborhood was quiet with lots of local places to get food/drinks highly recommended A+!
We had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs over the 4th of July weekend. The house has all of the accommodations as advertised and worked well for a group of 3 couples.
The not so good: the sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom is not at all comfortable, there's no reason to not just have a bed there. Overall everything mostly works, but aesthetically the house needs more maintenance.
We loved staying at Shevi's The place is exactly as it looks in the photos and the pool was perfect. Shevi was quite to respond to every request and need that we had. We'll definitely go back!
This was my first time using Air BnB and it was so easy, convenient, & stress free. The app is a great feature since it makes searching easy and notifications are immediate. Shevi was an excellent host! She replied immediately to any questions or requests I had. Checking into the house was hassle free. The house was so comfortable, clean, and neatly furnished. There were sufficient towels and linens. The pool was amazing & properly lighted at night. It was a great first experience!
Shevi was readily available for contact and was quick to respond to any questions about the listing after confirming our reservation - something I very much appreciated!
The listing however, was not quite as welcoming as the host. Upon arrival, the walls were covered in fingerprints, markings and even worn down where they met the concrete floors, with what looked like water damage in some places. The curtains were flimsy at best and some had small tears. Now, this is not to say the place wasn't a great spot for our weekend - its bones certainly held up with new appliances/cupboards in the kitchen and the lovely pool area - but the tidiness could use a bit of a facelift. It certainly needed a deep cleaning or a service prior to our arrival to make it feel more comfortable - when we arrived we were forced to give the walls a proper wipedown.
We were aware that the third bedroom was only a futon coming into the place, but the size and the uncomfortability made it a rough stay for the couple who were in that room - the space, however, is quite sizeable, and even an air mattress would get the job done.
The pool heating was at an additional cost and also never got the pool to the temperature it was said to be at. This could also use some servicing or investigation.
In any case, our overall stay was pleasent. The house, as aforementioned, certainly checked the boxes for a weekend getaway in Palm Springs, but could use a little tightening of the nuts and bolts when compared with properties at similar price points - as the market in this vacation area is quite competitive.
