The apartment is located very centrally in the Holborn / Chancery Lane area, in between the West End and the City. All major Central London attractions are within walking distance, and so are public transports (5 minutes walk to Chancery Lane station on the Central Line, 8 minutes walk to Holborn station from where you can take the Piccadilly Line directly to Heathrow). In addition, the apartment is only a few minutes walk from the borders of the Thames and the Northbank promenade. Finally, location is also ideal for professionals, with numerous law firms, investment banks or accounting firms within walking distance.
The apartment is on the 5th floor (without elevator) and is therefore very bright with sunlight from morning to evening (partially also through velux windows on the ceiling). It is 52m2 in size (about 550 square feet), sleeps 4 people, and consists of one large, very quiet bedroom (with large built-in wardrobes - please note that one of them is locked as it contains some of my stuff), one brand new bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, one brand new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar as well as a living room with sofabed, flat screen TV and electronic piano. Free wifi is also available.
I will also welcome you with a free bottle of your choice - prosecco, white wine or red wine.
Finally, I offer a free one-day gym pass per guest for stays over a week. Weekly gym passes can be arranged for a fee on request.
- No excessive noise between 11pm and 7am please!
- Preferably take off your shoes when inside the apartment.
- Don't overload the washing machine - half full should be the maximum.
- Do not attempt to access the roof
- Please use the recycling bin for paper, cardboard, cans as well as plastic bottles and container (full description can be found on bin)
- If you want to get rid of garbage, please leave it on the pavement outside the building ideally between 5 and 7pm on weekdays only
- Close all windows when leaving the apartment.

Nice flat, very close to everything. Spotless clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Fast broadband. Warm welcoming. Very steep stairs (5 floor). Stephan is a great host.
This flat is highly recommended, very comfortable, wonderful located and situated in a calm area. Stephan took good care of us and was avalaible for any assistance we may need. Our journey in London was fantastic!
i've had the pleasure of doing AirBNB for many years now and have met many many amazing hosts but i can say Stephan is one of the best i've met. The place itself was perfect. Central location, clean, modern and a great bed for a very tired traveller. The bathtub was huge and i enjoyed it several times. However, Stephan is a bit like that waiter that if he came over just one more time he'd be annoying but doesn't. He was always making sure my stay was perfect. And it was.
the only warning i have for the place is that it is on the 5th floor. For Americans, that means 6th. walking up and down those stairs might be challenging for those out of shape. Carrying my bag up the first time (I was a little ill) was a bit of a challenge.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos : très agréable, très bien décoré et tout équipé pour le meilleur confort.
Les hôtes sont à votre service, ils font tout pour que le séjour se passe le mieux possible, c'est appréciable (bouteille de vin au frais et chocolats de bienvenue!). La literie est également excellente.
L'appartement est situé dans le quartier du Palais e Justice,e à proximité à pied de tous les quartiers à visiter, ce qui permet d'éviter de prendre les transports en commun, c'est super !
Pas très éloigné non plus de la gare St Pancras (10 min de bus), ce qui est également appréciable.
Petit bémol du séjour : les travaux sur l'immeuble à côté qui nous ont réveillé à 8h du matin le samedi (pas le dimanche). Mais nous y retournerons sans hésiter !
