This updated 85sqm apartment on the 3rd floor of a charming 1900s building features high ceilings and cozy, bright spaces. It includes a kitchen-dining room, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a living room with a couch, work desk with screen, and piano. An extra bed can be put up. The kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated in 2023. The apartment has central gas heating, a portable AC and fast WIFI. Just a 20-minute walk to Vienna's heart, with excellent public transport nearby (Wien-Mitte).

The space
Located just steps from the city center, you are very close to the main attractions, airport connections, the biggest mall in the city (which even has a supermarket open on Sunday!), and the two biggest parks (Stadtpark and Prater).

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood has lot to offer: great parks, the Danube canal, famous Viennese Prater and a large Shopping Center with a grocery store that is open on sundays. The City Center ist very close, too - only 1 km. There are great restaurants, Cafés and bars, cultural opportunities and 'night-live' spots not far away.
