Our resort Villa is located in gated community right in the “HEART” of Central Florida and within 11-mile proximity from Disney.

Short drive to Publix, Aldi, a 24-hour fitness center and various restaurants (about 1 mile).

Imax movie theater at Posner Park – 15 minutes away.

Premium outlet mall within 30 minutes.

Very close to dozens of golf courses and other attractions including theme parks (Disney, Universal), water parks (Sea World, Aquatica, Discovery Cove).

Both east coast (Cocoa Beach) and west coast (Clearwater Beach) are within 2 hour drive.

My wife Anna and I manage this property together. We've stayed at Airbnbs in the past while travelling with our son. It's been very challenging for us because of his disability and surprisingly hosts were not willing to make it easier for us.

That is why after launching our first Airbnb we decided to do things for our guests differently.

As our potential guest, we want you to have a completely different experience as we did. We want you and your family to feel welcomed and have your vacation and travelling experience as convenient as it can possibly be.

To honor our son who is no longer with us; we decided to donate a certain percentage of our profits to families and kids with special needs.

When remodeling this property, we paid attention to a very detail to make sure the house will please all kinds of guests - people looking for a place conveniently located to many popular places and most attractions and also families looking for a place to gather with their kids or grandkids. Special attention was paid to kids themed rooms because we wanted kids to have an extraordinary and magical experience.
