At the southern edge of the Morvan Regional Park, the "Maison du Clocher" is backed by an old presbytery nestled behind the small church of Chapelle-sous-Uchon.
The "Village Gourmand" is a natural stopover to reach Uchon, its granite landslides and forest trails (mountain biking possible). The independent house has a large living room (TV screen, Wi-Fi) with kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and induction cooktop). A double bedroom (shower, adjoining toilet) and upstairs a bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 children (baby cot available).
On site, young and old can enjoy a large trampoline (diameter 4.5 m and protective net), table tennis and table football and in summer, a swimming pool open only in summer from June 1 to September 30 (11 m x 5 m). The pool is shared with the owners.
The pool is open depending on the weather conditions from June to September.

For your stay, a cleaning and laundry fee will be applied. The cleaning fee is intended to pay a declared salary to the person in charge of this important work. Laundry work is done by a professional allowing you to enjoy perfectly clean linens. We do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, by hiring professionals to clean the linens and clean the house.
However, we do ask that:
For your checkout, the house and kitchen are in a suitable condition. Dishes should be done and put away.
Even if you paid a cleaning fee at the time of booking, this package was chosen for "normal" work. We appeal to your common sense to ensure the house is in a suitable condition after your stay ends. La Conciergerie du Morvan reserves the right to request an additional cleaning fee from Airbnb on the security deposit if we find a lack of respect in the use and occupation of the premises.

You will be welcomed by the Conciergerie du Morvan.
After passing through a small gate, you can park in the property's private parking lot. Welcome to "La Maison du Clocher". You will occupy the entire house, with its terrace, as well as a space for a ping pong table. You'll have access to the pool during the indicated time slots, as well as outdoor equipment with a trampoline and a treehouse for the kids.

Other things to note
As its name suggests, the "Maison du Clocher" is located next to the small village church. Visible in the photos. They ring at 7 a.m., noon and 7 p.m.
