The first tiny house in Clarkdale sits about 300 feet from the Verde River six feet up on concrete pillars with a beautiful view of the Verde River and Mingus Mountain, Jerome and 100 year old Cottonwood trees. Secluded getaway at the end of a dead end road by the river with lots of birds and other wildlife. Very private with lots of parking on a quarter acre with small outside covered deck and an outside table, chairs and BBQ. Great base for visiting central and Northern Arizona.

The space
12 x 32 lofted cabin with high ceilings is very cozy and comfortable. it has a washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, TV, portable CD player and radio. Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, dishes, pots, pans, silverware as well as other amenities. Home has security screen doors front and rear. Bald eagles, falcons, hawks, great horned owls, great blue heron, roadrunners, hummingbirds, and many other colorful and different bird species, beaver, river otter, deer, bobcats, foxes, coyotes, javelina, racoons and other wildlife are seen sometimes between the river and house.
