FREE wireless. Our 682 house has been completely re-modeled for you. We are short term rental pros so we know how to host! All beds and most furniture are brand new. This is an amazing place to house your family or work crew. Located on a State Route, you are just 5 minutes to Athens or head the opposite direction and be on Route 33. New flat screen tv with dvd library and upright arcade system with 350 old school games. 1 car garage and plenty of off street parking. Big unfenced yard/patio.

This is a three bedroom with a king bed in each of 2 bedrooms and two twin extra long beds in the third bedroom. 2 full baths, big house with lots of room, back patio and huge unfenced back yard, 1 car garage, right on paved state route 682, all paved roads, perfect for motorcycles.

Hi we are Mitch and Ann, a dynamic short term rental duo. Both of us are Ohio University graduates. Ann graduated in education and recently retired after teaching 3rd and 4th grade special education for 35 years. I am a local business person with several local businesses. I have Athens County Storage, Sofa and Mattress Outlet and Athens Short Term Rentals, oh and I am not retiring! We raised three great kids in Athens and currently have 3 grand children here. We love to host and we have stayed at enough short term rentals to know how to host. We currently have 4 Athens locations with 2 more locations in construction. Also, we have a townhouse in Amelia Island, 4 houses from the beach that is on a short term rental program. Ann and I take this business quite seriously.
