The Nashville Carriage House is a one of a kind, 700sqft, loft in Hot, Historic, Hip East Nashville. Renovated but retro, with the perfect amount of Nashville cheesiness. A hideaway right in the heart of music city!

The space
This home away from home is a bright spacious (700 square feet!) loft above a 3 car garage. A queen size platform bed with a pillow top mattress welcomes you at the end of a long day. There are hardwood floors throughout, and an open kitchenette with a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker & ice maker. We provide some ground coffee to get you started with reusable k-cups, feel free to bring your favorite k-cups.

Since Nashville is all about music, of course we have a Quadraphonic sound system. This is a SPACIOUS studio with plenty of room for any musical equipment you may be traveling with.

Please note that we have a stall shower in the bathroom (see picture) which may present a challenge if a guest is much taller than six foot due to the sloped ceiling. Most folks have no trouble at all, we just thought that we should mention this.

True privacy.

The entire loft is yours. There are no neighbors above or below you. The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy your coffee (or cocktails). Guests will have their own individualized combo on our combo locks, which make access to the carriage house super easy (no lost keys!) and allows independent check-in & out.

Parking will be outside of the garage on the pad along the alley.

Other things to note
The Nashville Carriage House is convenient to interstates I-65, I-24 and I-40 (1.5 mi) as well as East Nashville's premier social area, 5 Points (.75 mi). If you are in it for the music, stop at one of many East Nashville watering holes or hop across the Cumberland River into Downtown Nashville for a night of Honky Tonkin on lower Broadway (3 mi). Slip into the Country Music Hall of Fame (3 mi), catch a gig at the Ryman Auditorium (Church of all music) (3 mi) or take in a big show at the Bridgestone Arena (3 mi). The Opryland Hotel and the Grand Ole Opry are just a short drive up Briley Parkway (9 mi). You'll also find Music Row (5 mi), Vanderbilt University (5 mi) and Titans Nissan Stadium (2 mi) nearby. Visiting recording musicians will enjoy the close proximity to East Nashville's many recording studios including Woodland Studios (.75 mi). Whether it's business, pleasure or both the Nashville Carriage House can fulfill your needs.
