Basic, no thrills City View apartment in a well-established tower, literally across the street to beach and park. There is a Jones the Grocer on the ground floor and a beach club across the street (2 min walk) This is the best location to explore Abu Dhabi. All major attractions can be reached within 15 - 25 minutes, including Grand Mosque, Louvre, Ferrari World, YAS Island, Formula 1, Marina Mall. Travelling for business my location is within 5 minutes of Etihad Towers, ADNOC and many others.

The City View apartment is all yours, and is based in an well established tower. We are only a phone call away if you need us. You'll be in the safe hands of my team that will meet you at the property and show you around so you can benefit from all it has to offer.

My charming 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 7th floor with City views. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym and swimming pool.
With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room complete with Wi-Fi and TV. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal. There is a washer/dryer also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.
The apartment fits 5 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed;
Master Bed - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Sitting Room - Single sofa bed
There is one free private underground car parking space, while cafes (Costa Coffee, Jones the Grocer in the building and Starbucks) within 1 min walk. Various shops are directly outside with the and the nearest supermarket less than a 1 minute walk away as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is located only a short 2 minute walk away, while there is a massage and spa facilities on site and there is also a park to the rear of building which is great for families.
Only a short stroll away you will find The Corniche where there is a public beach along with parks, running track and fitness areas.

Through the main entrance of the residential tower, up the elevator. 1 free b basement car park bay is available. The concierge will furnish you with a remote control on check in
Other things to note
Great location for kids, with playgrounds, parks, ball games, mini scooters, cycling track all within 3 min walk.
