All I ask is you do not smoke inside (balcony is fine, but do not throw butts over), turn off both heat/AC units before you leave, respect your neighbors (especially after 11pm), and leave the place as it was left for you!
Oh, and if you have an enjoyable experience, please leave a positive review!
Really spacious, beautiful and functional apartment. Dustin is a very attentive host. Any smallest thing was dealt with immediately. Highly recommend!
Dustin was the ultimate host. The condo was clean and ready for our arrival. We had some problems getting to Chicago (flight delays) and Dustin eased our minds that everything would be ready and easy when we arrived (and it was). Dustin was very responsive to our questions and was always willing to help. We look forward to visiting Chicago again when it isn't 15 degrees below zero!!!
Dustin's place was great. The photos and descriptions are accurate representations of his place. The check-in/check-out process were seamless. The place is large and in good condition. It is in a great neighborhood. I would recommend his place.
Dustin's Place is just great, the location, the parking, the grocery store, 24/7 doorman, the building has a parking garage attached and there is street parking on the weekends. Inside he had everything we needed, kitchen, bathrooms, whole house was super clean, great balcony and view for your morning coffee. Will certainly go back if he doesn't move, thanks for all the extra help Dustin!
A great place in Chicago to start discovering the windy city! Perfectly located, great views, nice game consoles!
Would recommend this place for everybody who is willing to visit Chicago for a couple of days!
Dustin's condo is, as all other reviews have said, perfect. It has just about everything you could look for and more. Dustin was an awesome host and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was incredibly clean and well-stocked. The neighborhood felt very safe. There are tons of great places to eat (or even just drink) only blocks away and although we were close to the loop, even taking the train downtown was not hard at all. This would definitely be the first place I'd check the calendar of for my next trip to Chicago.
Nice place, great view! Everything we needed for our trip. Clean, easy to book and check into, friendly door staff, neighborhood amenities. Defiantly a great value.
Hello, fellow airbnb'ers!
My name is Dustin and I am a native Chicagoan working for a high-tech software company traveling ~60-80% of the week. I have owned my home since August, 2008, and absolutely love everything about it; from the amenities, space and skyline view, to the surrounding West Loop neighborhood life and proximity to downtown/The Loop!
I look forward to being your host! Cheers!
