Hosts are allowed to ask:
Whether the guest requires a service animal due to a disability.
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform.
Service animals must:

✔ Be housebroken.
✔ Not be left alone at the rental at anytime
✔ Be properly harnessed, leashed, or tethered in public spaces.
✔ Not enter unauthorized areas.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. year-round, in accordance with local regulations.

You will be the only guests on this entire Surf View property!
Beach Sanctuary property is 5 houses away from the Surf View property!
Other things to note
HappiTravels vacation rentals are family friendly properties.
NO SMOKING, PARTIES OR LOUD GROUPS ALLOWED.
Any guests or visitors who park illegally, OVER THE YELLOW LINE OR IN THE ALLEY even for a few minutes OR parties, loud gatherings can result in high city FINES OF $2000 or more of which signer of the rental agreement will be responsible for.
HappiTravels wants you to have a great experience so please don't get a fine:)
QUIET HOURS: 9 PM to 8 AM
There is a $50 per day/night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding 4 guests for Sanctuary and 14 guests on Surf View property including any daytime or evening visitors. Additional guest fee to be paid prior to arrival.
The city of Newport Beach does not allow renters of vacation properties under the age of 25.
A signed rental agreement with copy of ID will be required to complete reservation. If you would like to view the rental agreement prior to making a reservation, please let us know.
