3200 sf home with wide streets, mature trees, large deck & backyard. Home is comfortable and centrally located.
I know the neighbors and it is a friendly place and it is also quiet and safe. I have 3 BR’s for Airbnb on one end of the house. The master has a private bath. The other two share the hall bath, both are new updates. See pics, plenty of room.
Guest ofter ask about the mattress because it is so comfortable. It is a Sealy

The space
Great outdoor space with flowers and trees. 600 sf of deck with a swing and picnic table. No pets at present. Shared LR, desk area x 2, den with FP, DR, and kitchen. All BR doors have lock and key. My space is the master on the opposite end of the house. I can be social or give you your space. I am working often & not home 50% of the time.
Nice flat area for running/walking. Several gyms nearby. 25 restaurants/ bars in walking distance.
