In addition to the airbnb fee, there are no further charges, no hidden fees, and no extra costs, of any kind. What you pay here on this site is all you will pay for the apartment for the nights you have booked. That's it, nothing more.

Q2: Do I have to leave a security deposit?

Q3: I'm arriving early in the morning or late at night, is that ok?
-->> : It's not a problem. As long as I have an estimated time of arrival the day before your trip, and a text when your about 45 min away I can coordinate the rest.

Very convenient location and is close to bus stops across the street (Rene-Levesque) as well as two metro stops (Berri-UQAM and Beaudry) and many businesses including restaurants, markets, drug stores, and boutiques off Saint-Catherine. The place was clean and check-in and out was simple. Tip: there are coin lockers in the bus station to store luggage.

Great location, nice modern apartment. No issues with communication with the host. The apartment could use a little maintenance but nothing deal-breaking. A comfortable, pleasant stay overall.

Location was great to get to different attractions around the city. It was close to both the train station and important bus routes. A few ants and a broken chair, but no big deal. Air conditioning was a great asset during the hot evenings. Bed was real comfortable. Also, enjoyed the access through a private entrance.

A great location -- easy walk to Berri UQAM metro station for trains or bus to airport; close to lots of restaurants. Easy walk to Old Port, too. If you're a light sleeper, bring a sleeping mask to block the morning sun. The apartment is beautifully sunny, but in Montreal that means the sun rises in June starting around 3 a.m. so 5 a.m. is already crazy bright in the bedroom.

This was an awesome location very close to St. Catherine street and all the shops and nightlife the street offers. The apartment was clean, great bathtub, big TV. We even lucked out and got street parking right across the street from the front door. No complaints about this stay at all!

Sam's place is in a great location to access the heart of Montreal. You're a short walk from Berri-UQAM which joins almost all the metro lines. When we planned our trip we didn't realise what a big weekend it was for Montreal. It being the 375th Anniversary of the city, we were steps from all the action and were able to catch part of the parade route just outside our door by walking a few steps to the main street. As far as the apartment, the bed was much more comfortable than I expected. It was on the softer side which works better for me. As someone with back and neck problems one of the most stressful things about travelling is getting a good night's rest. Both me and my partner slept great every night. The shower and bath are also very nice and perfect to unwind in after a long day of exploring the city.
