Welcome to our recently-remodeled lakeside property off the shores of Lake Erie.

Our home features 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 living room areas, updated fully-stocked kitchen, 2 office spaces, large walk-in wardrobe room.

Enjoy our outdoor deck and take less than 100 steps to access the private beach on the shores of Lake Erie with a great view of the downtown Buffalo skyline.

This property includes central air-conditioning, three-parking spots and washer/dryer.

The space
Our home was recently renovated and remodeled in 2021.

Our bedrooms are situated with (1) king-size guestroom downstairs and (2) bedrooms upstairs: (1) king-size guest room with lake-view and (1) double trundle with full-size crib guest room. Both floors have a full bathroom.

Guests have the entire home and property to themselves.

Other things to note
ACCESSIBILITY: One king-size bedroom and full bedroom is downstairs. The beach access requires using stairs.

PARKING: The parking area in front of the home can fit (3) vehicles side-by-side with the tailgate or hood against the home. Do not park on the tennis court behind the property or block the roadway.

NO PARTIES: This home is perfect for families, friends' weekends or easy couples getaways in mind. This property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. We have a family-oriented neighborhood that tends to be quiet after 10PM.

Our home is in a nice, quiet, safe, family neighborhood. This home is perfect for family rentals only. This home will absolutely not work for bachelor/bachelorette parties with noise or partying carrying late into the night. We are located right where route 5 & Old Lake Shore split in the Wanakah area of Hamburg, NY.
