This beautiful apartment is just a 15-min walk to one of the best beaches in Rio de Janeiro! It's located in a quiet building with 1 parking space for your car, perfect for families or a couple. It has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a full bed, and 1 bedroom with a single bed and a crib.

This apartment is perfect for families or a couple. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 single bed and 1 crib. It also has a dedicated office space, perfect for your home office! A spacious living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV is the perfect place to hang out, not to mention the spacious and cozy balcony as well!

You'll have the whole place to yourself. Please treat it as if it was your own home - with care. You'll be responsible for keeping the place clean. This is a residential and quiet building, so always be mindful of your neighbors and avoid loud noises. You'll have a parking space inside the garage if you need to park your car. There is also a street in front of the building where you can park an extra car for free, and it's permitted parking.

- For your safety, and the safety of everyone in the building, you'll be required to provide a picture of your ID and the name and last name of every guest that will be staying.
