In the southern High Coast, the beginning of Ådalen, between the river and coast.
Nyadal is located between Majorsviken and Ångermanälven, near the High Coast Bridge.
Stage 1 of the High Coast trail goes here.
We have about 800 meters to Björkudden Hotel and restaurant. They serve good and good locally anchored food, highly recommended. They also have a beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the river and the bridge, for example for an evening glass or a simple lunch.
The nearest store is in Nora.
Nearest pizzeria in Klockestrand.
Nearest Systembolaget in Kramfors
At Hornö brygga 200m away we swim and further along the river are several excellent bathing areas.
At Hornö jetty there are boat berths, guest jetty.
