Hello, welcome to our superb double bedroom. It is in a fantastic location at the very heart of central London.
This bedroom is one in a three bedroom flat, other 2 rooms are occupy by airbnb guests.. Internet Wifi included.
You will have full use of the Kitchen / Dining room, and the shared bathroom.
The closest tube stations are Tottenham Court Road, and Holborn, both are 5 mins walk away. The flat has broadband, and also has a washer, dryer and dishwasher.
I used to run my guesthouse on this very street, so i should know the area very well. The flat is right in the heart of London, so it is difficult to pick out any one place in particular that you must visit. But for eating out my favorite is Old Compton Street, one of the first places in London to start serving food late at night. The British Museum is at the heart of Bloomsbury. Historically, Bloomsbury is associated with the arts, education and medicine so the area sets a sophisticated and modern atmosphere. The Bloomsbury theater, a very respected theater within the eyes of Londoners; is located within the area.
Attractions like Oxford and Soho are easily accessible through public transport as the flat is so close to it anyway.
Locals to the area are spoil for choice with restaurants, bars and clubs being within feet of each other. The location is amazing! Come and visit, and experience central London for yourself :)
I don't live in the building, but come to get ready rooms for guest, make sure all is clean, + guest checking . i will meet some time , while i am in the building. I have 24 hours checking in system in place. So if you going to be late checking , It is OK for me. I am on Mobile phone + airbnb massage , you can contact 24 hours.
Maggie is an extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating host. It was a real pleasure to meet here.
The apartment itself is very conveniently situated both for tube and buses, as well as for central London. Unbelievably, the street is extremely quiet, something of a miracle in this part of London. The room itself was cosy, clean and comfortable and well heated. I slept like a baby whilst I was here.
good location. close to British Museum and underground.
The room is nice and everything are good :). Thank you!
A beautiful city and a wonderful New Year! the room is very comfortable, especially because it is very close to metro stations such as the Piccadilly, Westminster. bathroom always clean as well the room. maggie has always been very helpful for any eventuality!!!:)
Perfect location in London that is within walking distance to Convent Garden and Leicester Square. Maggie is a very nice host and quick with her response to any queries. Though we did not manage to get the key through the master lock system on the first day, we fully understand it is due to the flexible 24h hours check in/ check out system. The previous tenant had not check out when we arrived. However, Maggie can be easily reached via her phone and she came to open the door for us. Other than this minor hiccup, everything else was alright. We had a wonderful stay at her place and would recommend it to other guests. To avoid stairs and if you do not mind sharing the bathroom, choose room 2 or 3.
Thank you Choon, for nice review, I am hear to to serve my guest . this is my full time work. . I am happy all went well.
guest went out to museum , if he would of contacted me i could of arrenge to keep his luggage in . he came just in time for you to check in. nice to host you. see you soon. Maggie.
Perfect location and wonderful host. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone visiting London. It is perfect for a couple, but we were travelling with a stroller and the space was reduced to the minimum, although everything fits. Corridor was also quite narrow. The place was also really clean.
I stayed at Maggies for four nights. It is a really nice place! It has all you need, a big kitchen, a very clean bath with a shower and nice rooms. The bed is big enough for two people. Also it was very quiet at night.
The apartment is very near to Oxford Street, and that is a big advantage. In just 3-5 minutes walking distance you find several fast food restaurants, bars, the dominion theatre and lots of shops.
Maggie is really nice. We actually never met her, but she was very helpful and she answered to my messages within seconds (!).
Me and my best friend had a really nice stay at her apartment and in London, it was a great journey.
Thank you very much, Maggie!

I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great. It's 2 blocks from the british museum. Very close to lots of food/restaurants. There's chinese food, japanese okonomiyaki, british pub, italian cafe, all kinds of restaurants within 2 blocks of the house. Also if you're doing london tour, the bus stop is 1 block away from the house, which is very convenient.
Generally speaking, the area around the apartment was pretty quiet. But the walls separating the rooms inside the apartment are thin so you can hear the neighboring roommates pretty easily. My first 2 days was great because there's no neighbor. On the 3rd day, there's a guy who keep talking on the phone next to my room until 12 AM midnight. It was somewhat annoying. There should be some quiet time after 10 PM or something.
Other than that, the instructions to get to the house was pretty decent. I had some trouble opening the key box but I figured out how to open it after 5 minutes of tinkering with the key box. Maggie was not available to check me in so I had to find my way around.
The mattress was somewhat overused and kind of "bent". Not a big problem for me but maybe this will be some problem for people with back pain (I know if it's my dad, he will complain about it).
Other than that, the bathroom was nice, kitchen was nice, the internet connection was pretty good. Overall this is a pretty good place to stay.
When I saw the picture, I doubt the size of the bed if it's big enough for 2 persons, but it was good enough. The location is fantastic, and everything was great. Although there were some complicated situation that the key was not in the key box that I had to wait Maggie for 30 mins to let me in. Especially in typical london weather it wasn't very pleasent moment. But if that didn't happen, everything was suitable.
We stayed in London for a week. The apartment is comfortable because is very central and close to a lot of different restaurants, markets and two underground stations (Holborn and Tottenham).
Maggie is an adorable lady: she's friendly and kind, always available to help us.
