Airbnb is a wonderful agency. Tomas was obviously new to it and so did not realise that "apartment" means apartment, "suite" means suite and so part of a private house/villa and the guests must cooperate with the house rules and people living next door. ie not to bring a portable camping grill into the owner's front garden, use the A/C with respect (not during the night and when you are out for the day),switch the lights off when he is out, learn to open and close the front door without breaking the key, be truthful enough to say that the condition of the suite on entry was impeccable (even Jo Malone roses house spray which his partner commented on).
I have a wonderful housekeeper who prides herself in her thorough cleaning and I check it over too!!!
Frankly, I think this guest would be happier in a chalet on a campsite, but of course it would probably cost more than he paid for Rozensuite.
