It is strategically located near the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort and Golf Club, El Yunque Rainforest and just 45 minutes away from San Juan. The gated complex has a tennis and basketball court, beach volleyball, playground, and a pool. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor BBQ grill. For your convenience, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and bodyboards are provided.

The space
This cozy and well equipped apartment is located in one of the most beautiful coastal neighborhoods called Las Picuas in Rio Grande. Ceiling fans and brand new air conditioning in every room with high-end memory foam for comfortable sleeping. TV in every room. Backup battery and water systems in case of emergency. Children's High Chair and Portable crib(Playard).

A clicker to access the main gate is provided. There is a parking space designated for the property.

Other things to note
Vereda del Mar is located in the Las Picuas neighborhood, where you can enjoy multiple beach access within minutes by car, kayak rentals, jet skiing, snorkeling and more. Las Picuas beach is well known for some of the best Kite Surfing spots in Puerto Rico.
