Marianna and Freddie Mejia
Dance studio for rent by prearrangement. $20/hour cash.
Marianna was accommodating, we booked it the night before, and had to delay our arrival time by an hour, and Marianna was promptly responsive and flexible. The property is private, located on top of a hill with nice views, Marianna is very nice, easy-going, you can come and go from the property as you wish. The first campsite location offered was a dirt road area, flat, but dusty. The second campsite was better, some pine needles on the ground, flat, but still very dusty. However, the California drought has surely led to the dry ground, and I prefer for one to conserve resources, so understandable.
This was my first Air B&B experience and I must say that I'm so glad that we had a wonderful time during our stay. Marianna was a wonderful host; very accommodating and hospitable. Sending her a text message if we needed something was always answered promptly. The campground was amazing. The facility was well kept and in good and clean condition. I will not hesitate to go back. This place is a gem.
We booked at the last minute for camping and arrived when the night was coming but Marianna was great to host us ! She is personable and welcoming. We made a tour of her big garden, it was really nice and quiet ! The shared bathroom and kitchen were clean. Thank you to have beeing so nice and available for us !
We appreciated that they had a shower, but it was cold by the third use. We appreciated that they welcomed kids, but we felt it was overpriced for a very dusty site. State park campsites only cost half that price at $35.
I am sorry you had cold water for a shower. We have a tankless on-demand hot water heater and it does not run out of hot water. Perhaps the water pressure (we have a well) changed and gave you cold water for a minute or two. I have checked it and it is working correctly.
Marianna has a lovely place up on the hills out of town and we very much enjoyed our very brief stay. She showed us where everything was upon arrival and was friendly and welcoming.
A beautiful camping spot, great host, and wonderful location.
Marianna was most gracious and welcoming. Her property is serene and the view is spectacular at sunset. We appreciated her hospitality.
