Nestled on a flat, residential block near Dolores Park at the cusp of SF's most vibrant neighborhoods: the Castro, Mission Dolores, Noe Valley, this stylish, modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath is a sanctuary in and out. Originally conceived as an atelier by a previous owner/SF Ballet designer with a private entrance and patio, offers a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of SF. Easy access to Muni, tech shuttles, BART, Whole Foods, along with many restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries!

The space
Guests will have access to the entire 1st floor of the house, a 900 square foot unit. This includes a fully stocked kitchen and countertop eating area. There is a work-from-home desk area with a comfortable Eames chair and desk lamp, so you can take all your Zoom meetings in comfort and style. The master bedroom is carpeted and the living room and kitchen have newly done hardwood floors.

The master bedroom has a large closet that has extra linens, blankets, and hangers for guests to use. The mattress is a luxurious beauty-rest mattress that guests have raved about! There is an additional queen-sized pull-out sofa mattress in the living room so that 4 guests can comfortably have their own sleeping arrangements. Please let us know if you'd like to have the sofa bed made before your arrival.

The bathroom is newly remodeled with honeycomb tiling on the shower walls with hand crafted Italian tile flooring. Tea tree shampoo and conditioner are provided for guest use along with dove body wash. Brush your teeth on a spacious vanity with LED recessed lighting to ensure the bathroom is bright, but comfortable. Storage is available in the vanity cupboard for guest's toiletries.

The home is equipped with 1GB per second cable internet as well as a a smart TV. Guests will be able to log in to all of their preferred streaming services through the TV. A nespresso is provided for guest usage along with a starter set of nespresso pods.

We also have a few board games and books provided for guests for at home entertainment should you need some time to relax and recharge in our urban oasis.

The home is located on the border of the Dolores Heights neighborhood. Guests will be walking distance from both Castro, Mission, Dolores Park and Market. The neighborhood is more quiet as it is a residential neighborhood, but if guests are looking for more hustle and bustle, they can walk down to Valencia street (5 mins) or Castro street (5 mins). There are plenty of tech shuttle stops close by as well as muni stops.

With COVID, we will minimize our interactions with guests. The keys will be given to guests remotely as well as the code for the Nest lock on the downstairs entryway door. We will be available should guests require replacements for certain items and can leave it outside the door to ensure minimal contact with guests. The room will be cleaned according to CDC guidelines in between stays.
