This was my first stay at an Air BnB and Agnes has set the bar very high for future stays. As a host we could not have asked for more! She was knowledgable and informative about the location and the history of her neighborhood. There was an incredible amount of complimentary items in the room. It was very private and quiet so perfect spot to return to and recover after a day in the city.
Agnes welcomed us in and gave a wonderful intro to the place and the city. Prior to coming she shared greats links about NYC and places to see. The room and place were perfect. Clean and organised. Agnes was very hospitable. Whenever there was need she was quick to respond and find the solution. Thank you for everything from all four of us. :-)
Agnes was an awesome host. She was so warm, welcoming and always friendly. We appreciated her insider information and her restaurants recommendations. It was always nice talking to her.
The room was clean and we also enjoyed the little "snack bar"
A metro station is right around the corner from the apartment - which is perfect (prime location!!!).
Agnes, thank you for your hospitality!
Hope we'll see us again, so you can tell us other spooky stories
All the best,
Laura & Dominik
My stay with Agnes was short. Only two days with work in the mix indeed felt like a NY minute. For this reason, I am most grateful for finding Agnes, the perfect host with a deep passion for Harlem. Agnes graciously accommodated my early morning arrival and was on hand to send me off early AM on day 3…full of information until the last moment. Her detailed transportation info was a lifesaver – always take the Express Train!
As other guests have mentioned, her home is immaculately clean, comfortable and looks exactly as advertised. I had full use the kitchen and living area. It was like having my private apartment in Manhattan. The snacks and healthy breakfast options are endless – it is over and beyond what was required. Agnes is full of energy; her passion for Harlem shines through in her deep knowledge of the history of the neighbourhood, making the streets come alive and encouraging guests to stroll through this very safe section of Harlem; join the locals for some take out at the Famous Fish Market, where countless jazz greats have passed through; enjoy your treat at the Jackie Robinson Park, steps from Agnes’ Place. Make the time, give the neighbourhood a chance and you won’t regret it.
Thank you Agnes. Muchas, muchas gracias from the bottom of my heart.
Agnes is a wonderful host! We had a great time! The apartment is huge and nice, great location, no issues. She made sure we got everything we need.

Ademas Agnes habla espanol e ingles lo que nos facilitó todo. De todas maneras volveremos donde ella para nuestra proxima visita a NYC!!!

About the Host, Agnes
Fluent in spanish.
I am friendly, engaging and charismatic. A service oriented host, I aim to help everyone, feel welcome and at home. I am your guide from point of contact, through to the end your stay. I LOVE my city and more specifically, living in Harlem.
Love all music, but am a jazz aficionado.
Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything -Plato
