I had an excellent stay at Fernando’s place. The apartment is bright and clean, and is located in a very convenient and lively location. The staff was also tremendously helpful and very friendly!

The place is very lovely and these guys are super helpful! Nice balcony to chill at and the natural lighting is perfect! Beds are comfortable and it is super convenient location right next to the main road. you can easily walk to night life and cafes. Sweet little cafe just right…

Fernando was very easy to communicate with. The location is great but the music downtown played til very early hours in the morning. Fernando was helpful in this regard and offered other solutions as well as taking it up with the city. If you book, pack ear plugs.

The location really sells this place. The caretaker is also really nice and accommodating. The AC is absolutely frigid, which we loved. Beyond that, it was just average. Ants in the bathroom and water stains on the curtains. The sofa and accompanying pillows were a little dirty…
