  • Staying in this cozy studio flat in the East Village gave us a great opportunity to experience New York. We felt at home here, and found it an easy location from which to explore on foot many other parts of the city. The nicely decorated walk-up flat offered almost everything a hotel would, at a better value. Our host Adam was most accommodating, and we would recommend his place to anyone wanting to enjoy the city as a native would.

  • During my stay I actually had the opportunity to meet Adam, a very friendly man. He responded to all of our inquiries quickly and was able to offer solutions. The apartment was very easy to find and super close to the subway L, and easy to get to the heart of Manhattan. The apartment itself was cozy and lovely! After I first entered the apartment I was told that the floor was bleached so to be sanitized; it was hard to find dirt in there. At first when I tried to take a shower it took the hot water about 3 or 4 minutes to come, which was a little longer than Adam had described, but it was not a big issue. Great experience overall!

  • Had a really nice stay at Adam's apartment in the East Village. The location was outstanding with everything nearby including the subway. Would highly recommend the place for a single guy or girl staying in the area.

  • The apartment was perfect for my solo trip. It was located very close to the subway and plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Adam was easy to work with and met me when I arrived. The process was extremely easy and made my stay work perfectly. The pictures and description of the apartment was very accurate and after meeting Adam I would stay at any of his apartments again.

  • Adam's place was perfect for my solo, week-long stay in New York. A quick walk to the L train, and pretty close to Union Square, Washington Square, and other city hubs as well. For the location, quality, and price, I very highly recommend it!

Adam was responsive, timely, clear, and friendly. All in all, a wonderful experience.

  • I really enjoyed my stay at Adams place. It was comfortable and clean and well equipped. His response was quick and he answered all my questions.
we arrived at 5am due to flight delays and Adam had a set of keys in a lockbox just outside the building allowing us to get inside without waking anybody up.
We happened to be in the city during the coldest week recorded in years and i was happy to come back to the warm apartment every night.
The apartment was only 2min away from the subway with lots of great places to eat near by. Adam was kind enough to let us check out a few hours later as our flight was at 9pm and he had nobody staying the next day.

Overall i enjoyed my stay and i would definitely come again. Thank you so much Adam!

  • Adam is a wonderful host, he was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips and advices. The neighborhood is perfect and the place very quiet, which is a bless when it comes to stay in one of the most crowded and busy city of the world.
We will come back for sure, thank you again Adam!

Hi, That's Charley looking out onto 12th Street. If you decide to take the apartment you will see him around a lot. I was born on this block and after raising my Family in the suburbs I returned about 15 years ago. I own this property which has a front and rear building separated by a courtyard. I live in the front and have some furnished studios in the rear building. There is a planted courtyard for all to enjoy and I am close by if there is anything you need. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you, Adam
