This hip condo has everything you need. Enjoy an open kitchen, serene guest bedroom, quiet courtyard view, and private summer pool! The zentastic guest bedroom is available w shared bath.

It's centrally located with easy access to all of Boulder! Minutes to 28th street shops & 20 min walk (or 6 minute bike ride) to the Pearl St. Mall area.

The space

A second floor oasis overlooking courtyard. It's a welcoming and mod feeling space that's great for a business person (startup or other) visiting town and wanting to be close to all the amenities of Boulder, or for those adventurers on holiday who are looking for a super spot to launch from while exploring Boulder.

There is a queen sized bed in the guest bedroom that comfortably sleep 2 people. The other bedroom is the hosts and we share the bath. (I'm often out, so it feels a lot like you have the condo to yourself!)

Guest access

This is a single room rental in a 2 bedroom condo. I have one room and you have the other. All the common areas are available: Kitchen, shared bathroom, living room, pool (in the summer), etc.

Laundry is accessible via HOA laundry room (coin laundry) on the first floor.

Interaction with guests

I'd love to meet you and introduce you to my lovely launching pad. I will be staying at the condo as well (though I'm often out - so it may feel like you have the space to yourself).

I am available via email and phone and happy to provide trip tips. Excited to host you!

SOUND/ NOISE: This is a little community. I hope you will have fun here but also respect the neighbors and keep sound in normal range.

PARKING: If driving, you must use the GUEST parking pass to avoid getting booted/towed. This must be returned! (Our HOA is silly strict and charges $100 to replace parking permits. If you lose it, that fee will be billed to you. :(
I would hate to do that --> So, please return before you leave!)

SHOES: Please take off shoes in the entryway/Mud area.

PETS: Sorry, no pets are allowed on this property.

SMOKING: If you are a smoker, you can smoke outside of the building. Not in the condo or hallways.

BASICS: It's all about common sense and thoughtfulness with cleanliness when sharing a space. Please take care of our little home so it can be in good condition for those who follow you in their visit to Boulder.

AND here is the required Legal Terms I have to include for AirBnB Insurance and Liability coverage: Should there be any damages to the property by you (the Responsible Guest or Invitee), you are under express obligation to pay property owner (me) for damages or losses for any Covered Property.

This is a beautiful place in a good central location for the city. Please be really careful about keeping the parking pass on, as I forgot to put it on one night, and woke up to find a 'boot' on my car. Mandy's place though is super comfortable and clean. It has everything you need ...and Mandy is super helpful if you need suggestions on where to go or what to do. I definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay again..

Response from Mandy:
Ruchi, It was wonderful having you here! So sorry you got booted. I try to make sure people know to be careful because I can't control how they regulate parking... am so glad it didn't affect your stay. :) Loved your energy and heart! Take care, Mandy

Mandy was very welcoming and communicative. Her apt was located in a central area, was clean, quiet, peaceful and a bargain. The only downside of my experience was that the mattress was very firm and made both myself and my friends back hurt daily. I still highly recommend her apt though-can't beat the location and affordability.

Mandy's Launching Pad is a great location with comfortable and attractive spaces. There are interesting places to walk to, and all the touristy spots are a very short drive or bike ride, away. We enjoyed exploring Boulder from the Launching Pad!

Mandy was so friendly and helpful with the check in and checkout process. The home is clean and quiet. The locations is great... only a 5-10 min drive to downtown restaurants and night life. I was nervous to rent this airbnb at first because I had never rented one where you share a bathroom and living space with the owner. However, the apt was clean and Mandy left us alone quite a bit so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. When she was present she was super friendly and professional. Thanks again, Mandy!

The Launching Pad was the perfect home base for my Boulder adventure. I felt welcome instantly from the coffee/tea set up in the kitchen to the empty drawer waiting for me in the bathroom. Close to grocery stores, easy access to running/hiking trails and pearl street shopping. Parking was not a problem once I got the guest parking pass. Having a car was handy. Mandy was great at communicating before, during, and after my stay. She's clearly got the logistics of being an Air bnb host down pat.

Mandy's place was nice. I mostly took Lyft rides to get places or the bus to get downtown. Her place was very neat and nicely decorated. Mandy was a good communicator and staying at her place was easy.

I've been in Boulder for 13 years and I am happy to point you to the best spots, hikes and activities in our gorgeous little town.

I'm very active in the Boulder Startup Scene, am actually launching a startup right now. My other passion: Getting more women in Tech and leadership roles in Digital. So, if you want to know the best places to meet tech folks, build your network, or just the best coffee shops (I used to do a coffee blog), I can point you in the right direction!

I love authenticity and experiences that remain with you...the kind you can't get in a cookie cutter life or trip. I'm a firm believer in listening to the heart & gut, getting off the beaten path and wandering (or staying on that well trod highway of life when it speaks to me). People make the journey. I love hearing people's stories and seeing how others live in this crazy world.

Places I've visited in the last 6 years and loved: NYC, the Croatian coast, Seattle, Prague, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand & Hawaii (Maui).

Things I'd prefer not to live without: Deep conversation, Travel, Chocolate, Friends & Family and Snuggling.
