Ok, looks like I said everything, and if I told you all ..... ask!!!
Laura and Dina were amazing hosts. Their number one concern was making sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. They made themselves readily available to us at any time and were more than happy to answer any questions we had. The unit was very clean and each morning they had breakfast available for us which we really enjoyed. The unit was located in a great part of town right next to a bunch of different restaurants, shops and even a supermarket which we were happy about. Overall a great experience!! We would use Laura and Dina again if we are back in Rome.
Dina and Laura were amazing! Very friendly and helpful :) plus, very accomodating and sweet. When there was a small issue with the electricity, both Ladies came right over to resolve the issue, we also sat for a bit and chatted (they helped me practice my Spanish! ) I would definitely recommend them and their listing. It's close location to the metro made it easy to get around Rome, because things seem to be somewhat spread out. Additionally, before we even arrived I stayed in contact with them and they provided simple instructions to get from the airport to their location. They sure know how to treat their guests right! Thank you again, ladies, for making my trip to Rome a memorable one!
The listing description was accurate and the location was close to Metro and Train Station to get to airport and major terminals for trains.
It was clean, nice facility and good breakfast. But it's little bit far from the central.
Overall we had a good stay in the apartment. The apartment is well decorated and is near a metro stop and has several of the key touristy bus lines run nearby. The apartment has several other rooms that are occupied by other guests with a common kitchen area. There were croissants delivered to the common area for each morning that we were there. Our room did not have a working air conditioner, which made the nights a little uncomfortable. Also, it should be noted that the apartment is outside the old city walls, which means that the standard 48 euro taxi fare to the airport does not apply (cost us about 60 euros with no traffic). I would recommend the listing to people visiting Rome.
I'm sorry for what happened to you with the taxi. We are inside the city walls, and then the cost is 48 euro !!.
Unfortunately we all know the game that make the taxi drivers. If they take advantage when you see foreign tourists. But I assure you that all our customers have always paid 48 euro. Unfortunately these unpleasant things happen in every city where there is so much tourism!
When the room, you could ask the remote and we would have given it to you. Often the cleaning ladies rearranging the room, remove this. I'm sorry.
Thanks anyway for your nice comment, and I hope to see you again ;)
Staying at Laura and Dinas was different than the typical airbnb experience I have seen before, it was however a great experience. Rather than being a room in a home this was more of a miniature hotel. Cleanest and most well kept airbnb I have stayed at.

About the Host, Laura E Dina
