  • I would live there if I didn't work full time in a different country. Simone and Reb are dead cool and the rooms couldn't be better really....

There's a guitar too. And a great breakfast every morning. Try the date jam!

  • It is a trully a masterpiece of architecture. Our room was very beautiful, even though not the one we were really looking forward to staying in. We really enjoyed it, as well as spending our time on luxurious roof terrace.

  • This place is an absolute gem in the heart of the medina. The souks are 50m walk away with jemaa el fna square just a couple of hundred metres more. Ideally located to walk around on foot. Simon the manager was very very helpful organising taxis and excursions, pointing out good places to eat and drink, and also meeting us from the taxi to walk us to the riad. Breakfast every morning was fantastic, perhaps a little more than one cup of coffee to perk me up but a very small price indeed.
The riad itself is a stunning example of local and authentic accommodation. A very clean and tidy place tastefully decorated. Our sheets were made every morning and towels changed. More than ample room for two people. You will not find a better class of authenticity for the money!!

  • Beautiful space, right in the middle of all the craziness, but tucked away enough for peaceful sleep. We slept in the large room upstairs from the entrance the first night and moved into the room downstairs, across from the courtyard, and both were gorgeous, with authentic Moroccan decor and art throughout. The beds are very comfy and clean. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water for two long showers back to back. The breakfast pastries were delishious! Wifi worked great in the courtyard and decent inside both rooms. If you want to experience true Marrakech, stay here. If you are looking for a standard hotel experience, this may not be for you only because you must walk through the medina to get to it. We loved it ourselves! Note on safety: we seen many women walking around by themselves, even at night. It's pretty easy to find, but if unsure, you can always get a guide through Moroccan Best Travel's office nearby, as we did for both far away and in-town excursions. The airport pickup arrangement was fantastic and highly recommended. The regular taxi drivers will try to scam you 9/10 times, so get prices upfront from a local and write them down for the driver to see.

  • It was our 2nd time in this wonderful riad! We will definitively come back for a 3rd time, since we really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere there. Simone was (again!) very helpful, the rooms clean as ever and the breakfast even more delicious. Thank you guys for this amazing experience!

  • We stayed at quite a number of riads on our fortnight in Morocco - but this spot in Marrakech was our favourite. The are as they appear in the photo's and very spacious, the decor is very tasteful, and the location is very easy to access all the great areas in Marrakech.

The only point i would emphasise is that the location listed on (website hidden)-maps is incorrect - actually the real location is better but don't go to the dot on (website hidden)-maps or you'll be terribly lost and not that close to the riad.

thank you for having us - we will certainly come back to stay here on our next trip.

  • The Riad is located perfectly near to Jemaa el-Fnaa - the big market place in the medina, but inside it has a really quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
We travelled as a trio and therefore we enjoyed sharing one big luxury suite together and also the very tasteful breakfast every morning and once the delicious dinner.
We highly recommend staying here to explore Marrakech.

  • This is one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had and If I ever go back to Marrakech, I would without doubt stay in this beautiful Riad. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The Riad is hidden away in the busy souks, but unbelievably it is so quiet and tranquil. It is in the style of a traditional riad and has been refurbished recently but has the perfect traditional/modern balance. It is beautiful decorated with african art and I feel in love with the decor.

The room was so comfortable and luxurious, and we had a great night's sleep. It has a peaceful courtyard that is nice and cool in the heat of Morocco and a terrace upstairs that we enjoyed sun baking on.

    Thank you very much!

About
I love traveling and enjoy meeting new people from all over the world, I really like to host people from different countries with different cultures. My biggest love is Africa, love to travel it from north to south..... I felt in love with Marrakech several years ago and decide to settle down in this beautiful place. I would describe myself as a great globetrotter...
