The space

Step from your private pool onto the sand. The estate features three spacious AC bedrooms with en-suites, an open-air living pavilion, and a stunning seaside bale—the ultimate spot for watching the sunrise over the ocean and Nusa Penida.

Located on Bali’s tranquil east coast, you’ll enjoy total privacy with a dedicated staff throughout your stay. Escape the crowds and indulge in the soothing sound of the waves, all while remaining within easy reach of Sanur and Ubud.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. As our staff are not on standby at the villa at all times, please inform us of your estimated arrival time beforehand. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID, booking voucher or confirmation letter, and complete a registration form acknowledging the villa policies.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges: 50% of the villa rate for check-outs between 12:00–18:00, and 100% of the villa rate after 18:00.

Occupancy & Extra Guests
The rate includes up to 6 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 9 guests. Extra guest fees apply for the 7th, 8th and 9th guests.

Additional Services
Rates apply to stays only. Optional services such as daily breakfast, private chef, airport transfers, private transportation, baby equipment rental, grocery shopping, and others are available at an additional cost and should be arranged through our guest services team.
