Beautiful 1bed 1bath newly renovated home in the heart of Mission Beach! This is just steps away from a sandy walk on the beach or bay. Perfect for couples, families and groups up to 4 guests! Unit includes:

1 bedroom- 1 queen bedroom + pull-out furniture in the living room

1 full bath (walk in shower, no tub). Located outside of the bedroom.


1 Parking Space in an enclosed garage (please note this is an enclosed 3 car garage, it is shared with two other units so this is considered a "communal" garage. Small shared garage that can fit a small or small-mid size car.

We have one Washer and Dryer are shared and might use while you are there by other guests. At times unfortunately might be unavailable.

Upon entering the property you will find a beautiful patio with fire pit, sitting area, gas bbq grill and putting green. Please note that this area is shared with two other units.

Other things to note
Please note we do have other units on the property. We have a strict 9pm noise ordinance set in place by the city. Any noise complaints will result in a fine and termination of booking.
