Stunning home in the heart of Mission Beach! Just seconds from both the bustling beach (with gorgeous sunset views) and the sandy Bay! Just 150 feet from the Bay and 450 feet from the beach! Walking distance to Belmont Park, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants!

The space
Beautiful 1bed 1bath newly renovated home in the heart of Mission Beach! Just steps away from a sandy walk on the beach or bay. Perfect for couples, families and groups up to 4 guests! Unit includes:

1 bedroom- 1 queen bedroom

Living room- Air Mattress

1 full bath (walk in shower, no tub).

1 Parking Space in an enclosed garage (please note this is an enclosed 3 car garage, it is shared with two other units so this is considered a "communal" garage. Small shared garage that can fit a small or small-mid size car.
For larger vehicles, street parking is free but just make sure to watch the signs for street sweeping days. There are also parking lots within mission beach that offer free over night parking that are within walking distance.
Please Note: Finding a parking lot close by in the summer can be difficult because they fill up quickly.

We have one Washer and Dryer are shared and might use while you are there by other guests. At times unfortunately might be unavailable.

Upon entering the property you will find a beautiful patio with fire pit, sitting area and bbq grill. Please note that this area is shared with two other units. The items on the patio are also shared with the two other units.

Guests have access to entire property except the two other units.

Other things to note
Please note we do have other units on the property. We have a strict 9pm noise ordinance set in place by the city. Any noise complaints will result in a fine and termination of booking.

Please note, this is 1 of 3 units on one main property. Areas shared include the following:

Patio, BBQ, beach supplies (2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards and beach towels), Garage, Toy Storage area, and Laundry Room.
