My Bondi apartment is simply but tastefully appointed, and is fully equipped for a wonderful holiday or business stay.
It is in a great location. surrounded by gourmet food shops, cafes and restaurants, with a bus stop outside the door.
It has a balcony with a view of the neighbourhood and the ocean, and its own secure garage- a fantastic asset in busy Bondi. The apartment faces the east, so you are greeted by the morning sun streaming through the large windows.
There is a rooftop pool, with panoramic views of the beach and the city. Perfect spot for watching Sydney's New Year's Eve fireworks- and no traffic to contend with afterwards, just go downstairs to bed!
I live in this apartment when I am working in Sydney, so it has all the comforts of home, including 100% cotton bedsheets and pure wool blankets- no nasty synthetics! and good cooking facilities and equipment.
There is a pantry cupboard, full sized fridge and lots of cupboards for storage in the kitchen, as well as a clothes closet with hanging space and shoe rack.
We have Cable TV , Wireless Internet and a DVD player, so there are lots of options for relaxing.
The building is quiet, despite its busy location in Bondi Rd, halfway between the beach and Bondi Junction, where there is great shopping for all tastes and a railway station, from which you can catch a quick train to the city or beyond.
You will have total privacy- I live outside of Sydney and only use the apartment when I have a job in Sydney, where I work in Films & TV.

Interaction with Guests
Usually only by email- we don't live nearby. We can be contacted by phone if necessary.
Busy, cosmopolitan, an easy downhill walk to the beach. Close to busy Westfield shopping mall, fabulous food shops, restaurants and public transport.
Bus stops outside the door to beach, city, and Bondi Junction from where you can catch a train to anywhere in Sydney. Lots of taxis in Bondi road at all hours.

Keys are only available after $300 security bond has been deposited into our account.
We will post a letter box key to you, or arrange for you to collect it, and the apartment pass and key are in the letterbox. The buzzer for the garage is in the apartment.
We expect you to return the keys to their places when you depart.
This deposit is fully refunded after we have checked that the apartment has been left clean and tidy- guests can do this themselves, as the apartment is small and easy to clean, or they can engage a professional cleaner ( there are contact numbers in the apartment). A $100 fee applies if we need to engage a cleaner.
No smoking, no pets.

Costume designer for film, TV & theatre with fashion industry background. My partner, and co-owner of the apartment, is a movie reviewer & sports journalist, who was a professional artist until a couple of years ago.
We live in the country near Byron bay in northern NSW and only use the Bondi apartment when we are working in or visiting Sydney.
