This 2-bedroom 1-bathroom 1,000 sq foot cabin is the perfect blend of rustic mountain getaway and modern luxury. Enjoy the recently remodeled kitchen, multiple outdoor seating areas, gas indoor fireplace, wood burning outdoor fire pit, and all the relaxation of Northern Arizona! Cozy Pines Cabin is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we invite you and your family- and furry friends :) -to come make memories that last a lifetime!

High-speed Wifi throughout entire cabin.

Entrance to cabin- This has a ramp to the front door for anyone in a wheel chair or anyone who has a hard time climbing steps. This is also a single level property so there are no stairs anywhere inside and you can access every space on the property without climbing any steps.

Parking- Driveway space in front of garage for vehicles as well as trailer parking space on the side of the garage if you want to bring any of your toys (four wheeler, snowmobile, boat, jet ski, etc)(garage/storage sheds are not available to guests)

Bedroom 1- queen bed, desk/workspace, smart tv with netflix, hulu, disney+

Bedroom 2- bunk bed (queen bottom/full top), smart tv with netflix, hulu, disney+

Living Room- plenty of comfortable seating, gas fireplace (rock mantle can get very hot if left on for a period of time), smart tv with netflix, hulu, disney+, and board games.

Outdoor spaces- Fully fenced in yard, front porch with seating and propane grill, yard with seating and fire pit.

**ONLY use the grey remote on the mantle to turn the fireplace on/off. If the logs are moved or it looks like it has been messed with in any way, there will be a fee charged**
