My little cat lives in the appartment, so I will be pleased of course to welcome a traveller who like cat and who will be careful with door and windows. If I go outside of Paris, you will benefit of the whole appartment (except my room), but in exchange I will ask you to care the cat (food, litterbox), to be careful with windows and door and to give me news.
I prefer that my guests eat in the kitchen and not in the bedroom.
Benedicte is a real superhost! She has always been quick in response and I felt welcomed even before my arrival! Her apartment is very well located and the train station is right at the corner. There are also a lot of tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and banks around the area. The apartment is very clean and well decorated. She has everything you would ever needed! She even prepared a little kit for me with all the essentials. She also prepared me a variety of food I can use for breakfast. During my stay there, I felt more like a roommate and friend with her than anything else. And her cat is so adorable that I will miss him so much :) I highly recommend this place and I am sure you will too enjoy a pleasant stay with Benedicte!
Benedicte was a great host and the room and apartment was perfect. There is a set of easy to follow-house rules and a cute cat in the apartment that you'll need to consider, when you step there - it's been no problem though! Benedict offered both shampoo and showering amenities, breakfast in the fridge for me to grab and great company.
The room is super nice. Clean and it has everything I needed. There's the nicest court yard right outside the room, where I spent my evenings reading.
The area of Benefices place is also amazing - Marais offers great shopping and culture, theres a nice pizza place right by the apartment and the Seine river is just a 5 minute walk away.
Bénédicte was a wonderful host and representative of Paris for a first-timer like myself. She was very organized and prepared for my visit including documentation and protocol for every potential situation. Her English was excellent and we had no problems communicating—in-person and digitally. She was very responsive throughout the process, starting from my request to any problems or questions I had during my stay. The location was exactly what I had hoped and expected—close to Le Marais and the Seine and convenient for the Metro or walking around. Needless to say, I felt very comfortable and welcome at her home, and would consider staying with Bénédicte on my next trip to Paris!
It was everything I could've hoped for in a great host like Benedicte and her endearing cat, Petitgris! Details on accommodation were right on the mark. Location was ideal for walking to practically everything in central Paris. I look forward to staying with Benedicte again on my next trip back to Paris.
This charming host and location is perfect for any traveler to Paris. The apartment is as advertised and is ideal for getting around the city. It is close to restaurants and shops. Benedicte is a wonderful host who goes out of her way to make her guest feel welcome in her home. She made me feel very comfortable on my first visit to Paris. I would definitely stay here again!
Amazing location. A great deal in the heart of Paris. The room is cute and has enough room. The kitchen is also spacious for paris and so is the living room. The location is really unbeatable. There is a cat- one of the nicest you'll ever meet- just know cats also have fur that gets places. So, just know that cats come with that.
About the Host, Bénédicte
