About this listing
Nice Østerbro apartment experience. Really Danish. Basic, but good. Near 8 supermarkets. 2min walk from Bus 1A/3A/14/18. 5min walk from S-train Nordhavn station (which is about 4 minutes from Nørreport). 80mbit/40mbit Wi-Fi Internet included!
One quiet bedroom with double-bed, one living room (with mattress and sofa can be considered 2nd bedroom?) and one kitchen. There's also a sofa/bed in bedroom and another foldable bed. There's also a bathroom of course with shower. Randersgade in the quiet/safe/comfortable Østerbro neighborhood of Copenhagen.
This apartment is good, the heating system can keep the apartment quite hot in the cold danish weather. Pretty big Dining table (with space for perhaps 5-6 people eating around it).
Interaction with Guests
You can contact me 24/7 to my phone and over the web. I usually answer you messages within minutes.
Lots of supermarkets nearby. Also nice fast food, slow food nearby to order Indian food, Thai food, Italian food, American food, Chinese food and whatever you want.
Good public transportation connections from the apartment, you can also rent a bicycle to get anywhere in Copenhagen easily.
Other Things to Note
100 megabit/s fast download Internet (may soon be upgraded to 300mbit/s at no extra cost to you!), 20mbit/s fast upload speed included for free. Using Wi-Fi or Ethernet, up to you. Can be switched to 80mbit/40mbit or even to 60mbit/60mbit speed (if you require more upload speed). The maximum bandwidth usage you can do per month is 3000GB (which is quite a lot, kind of like downloading 3000 movies per month). If you want, you can connect your laptop to the 42" 1080p HDTV.
Please don't burn down the house! (Don't forget to turn off kitchen stuff when you are done with it).
Please don't have parties in the apartment, don't make too much noise, especially at night.
Don't complain too much about the bathroom that needs to be renovated (I think totally usable though).
Don't complain too much about the kitchen which is really basic and which I guess could also be renovated, but you can probably cook anything you'd like there.
