We have other rooms available…..and so ask equally!! ;)
THE VATICAN, THE SAINT PETER AND THE VATICAN MUSEUMS ARE ALL BE REACHED IN 10 MINUTES BY METRO THAT GO TO 100 METERS FROM OUR HOUSE.
The apartment is located in a very strategic position, well connected and well served by public transport.
The airports of Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are easily accessible and well connected.
The metro (King of Rome - A line, the fourth coming from Termini Station) is only 4 minutes walk, and shortly afterwards, on the Via Appia Nuova, the main bus stop (phone number hidden) ), while at 600 meters you will find the railway station Tuscolana.
In a short time so you can reach all major tourist destinations in the City (the Basilica di San Pietro, the Vatican Museums, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi ...).
But if you have good shoes with you;) you can walk to the basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano (1.5 km) and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, and extending even just a walk, the Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso. For purchases of basic necessities, you can find bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants, just below the house, while the nearby Via Appia Nuova you will find one of the main shopping streets of Rome.
A few subway stops are also the famous Via Condotti, Via del Corso and Via Frattina.
The rooms, 2 twins (which can become single) and a triple, are comfortable, with attention to detail and furnished with modern style.
Internet access for those without the computer;)
Ok, looks like I said everything, and if I told you all ..... ask!!
Feel as comfortable and cosy just as home. They are nice and hospitable. You will not regret it. ;)
Laura is friendly she drive us to her apartment. It's brand new one and the decoration is beautiful. And we can have breakfast every morning. Location is great 2 minutes to metro. Only one thing not too good is the wifi connection not so well because we had the last room or the apartment. If I come Rome next time I will still choose Laura's place.
Laura and Dina were very accomodating. Although they weren't very fluent in English, they still tried their best to welcome us and give information about the room, amenities, and recommendations to us tourists.
The listing address was different but Laura was waiting for us in the original address tobring us to the new one. The room was clean and modern - complete with vending machines for breakfast and snacks!
The neighborhood was great - safe and highly accessible. It was just beside the Re Di Roma metro stop. It also has good value restaurants, groceries, and pharmacies around.
Dina and Laura were both very hospitable. Despite last min change in location, they personally brought me and travel partner (Joy) to the new location.
The apartment and room were very fresh clean and tidy.
Lastly, we are grateful for them going extra miles to assist us in getting a cab to the airport.
Sometimes, we would like to move our guests just because we know we give our new 5 star property !!
is all completely new, high quality, stylish, central to move and always with our presence and daily assistance.
On our profile there are photos of these our new rooms.
Thanks for being with us !! ;)
Laura picked us up and made us very welcome. Room in great location, beautifully renovated with great bathroom. Really comfy bed, 100m from metro. We walked to coliseum and forum from home. Handy restaurants as well. Lovely stay. Breakfast from vending machine not worthwhile, go out instead.
Breakfast has always been our strengths !! Unfortunately at that time we were making some changes, and for a period we have given it that way. But now resume our usual way of offering a delicious and wonderful breakfast ;)
Anyway, I'm glad you were able to take the Pope's greeting that passed under our house! ;)
Thank you for being with us !!!
The neighbourhood was nice and had lots 2 famous bakeries just on the corner. It seemed to be safe and quiet, but we did not spend lots of time there since we were often sightseeing. The best part of it was the very close location to the metro station. It was maybe a block away and made it easy to get to the center of Rome by metro. One night we had to take a night bus and it got us back to the airbnb just fine.
We were early in arriving and Laura came to pick us up from the cafe we were at since that is now the old airbnb. Laura was helpful in explaining the area that we were in and the parts of the apartment. They are in the process of completing all the part of this apartment so we didnt get to have breakfast, but the bakery on the corner was amazing as super cheap! The only other thing was the wifi did not reach our room which was really unfortunate. But this might be something in the works since the place is new.
Other than that the place was clean, new and very stylish. We were so comfortable in the room, the bed was so soft! And the bathroom did not turn in water after 5 minutes like happened to us in Naples! If we had stayed longer we would have even used the kitchen!
We were relocated in another appartement very close from the first being refurbished. Still, Laura & Dina were very nice and provided us with some useful tips on the neighbourhood including the best tiramisu & cappuccini next door. The place was great, freshly renewed, nicely acccomodated and cleaned everyday just a bit noisy in the evening during the weekend being on the groundfloor. A very good experience anyway.
