The cantilever deck provides stunning views of the mountains and river, just 30 steps away. Bring your fishing gear or dock your boat/jet ski at the private dock. Love paddling? Launch your kayaks, canoes, tubes, or paddleboards right in front of the house! Unwind around the fire pit with seating for six, perfect for roasting marshmallows while soaking in the mountain and river views.
