It was great staying in Julie's lovely house for a week! She provided everything I needed to make it a home away from home, and I was able to get some much needed relaxation. A great way to kick off my experience with AirBnB
My stay with Julie was unfortunately way too short as I just had one night in Louisville and had to fly out at 6:30 but e became fast friends. Her place is as delightful as she is.
Very accomodating! Great experience.
Julie is awesome! She made me feel right at home and even invited me to her yoga class! Just what I needed after a long day of driving.
My wife and I stayed at Julie's lovely home for a night to experience what the Highlands had to offer and we were very satisfied. The room she offered, as well as her home, were very nice and clean. The location also couldn't have been better. Her home was conveniently located within a short walking distance to various bars and restaurants. Being that this is my first experience with Airbnb, I don't think I could've asked for anything more. I know that if I'm returning to Louisville in the future, I'll definitely contact Julie to return to the Highlands.
I didn't get to meet Julie on my trip yet she made me feel so welcome and was super helpful! The bedroom is super-clean and bright, simply decorated but with great closet space and a really comfy bed - just what I needed. I like being lazy when I travel so dishwasher, washer/dryer, and great A.C. are all great pluses in my opinion. Also, if you like to cook, you'll be able to tell that Julie must too because her kitchen has plenty of tools. I loved the location in the Highlands; highly recommended!
As a first time user on Airbnb, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than staying with Julie. She instantly put me at ease as her guest. You will find her to be warm, gracious, articulate, and interesting, and a great resource for where to eat and what to see in Louisville. In other words, she is a wonderful host.
Her home is located within a short walk to any number of restaurants, bars, and shops along Bardstown Road, and is reflection of who she is as well – bright, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Other points of interest like downtown, NuLu, Germantown, and Cherokee Park are not far, either. A small park is located on the other end of her street and is great option for a walk or jog, but one could easily use the sidewalks in her quite neighborhood too.
All in all, I highly recommend a stay in Louisville at Julie’s home.
Great location, lovely house, and excellent host! You can't go wrong staying in the Highlands with Julie.
This was my very first time
using Airbnb and I couldn't have had a better experience. The house is clean it smell great and it's so cute. It's on a beautiful tree lined street with a front porch that I sat on and played her 5 string guitar while drinking wine and eating chocolate. She also has a back yard with a garden that you can relax in if you need some private time.
She has records and Cd's to listen to and a piano to play if you feel like getting wild. The neighborhood is called the highlands It's loaded with shops, restaurants, bars and parks. Julie is so sweet and was so welcoming. I highly recommend staying with Julie in the highlands. I really like Her house. Hey, hey, hey...
What a delightful stay with Julie in one of Louisville's most interesting neighborhoods! Julie was very accommodating with tips for dining and shopping. Her home is lovely, with especially nice touches. Great morning coffee!
I hope Julie will be able to visit me when I get my own AirBnB room ready!
