The renovated 125-year-old building offers space for 10 guests in 5 queen size beds, including two private full bathrooms, a kitchenette with full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and fast Wi-Fi with a 55 inch LED smart TV with sound bar is included. The perfect space to hold your next party, event, or travel with friends and family.

The space
Renovated 125-year-old building with timber ceilings, exposed brick walls, and poured concrete floors, The Loft at 143-B offers enough sleeping space for 10 guests to comfortably cohabitate while still enjoying some privacy. Tastefully decorated with comfortable leather sofas and custom oversized dining table built for the property with reclaimed lumber. The Loft offers five queen size beds custom built for the property in a railcar style with reclaimed lumber. The bunk style beds feature Nectar mattresses and luxury 400 thread count linen and offer individual lights with charging port, outlets, and blackout curtains to ensure your privacy and are located behind a partition wall.


Centrally located within all Green Bay has to offer. The building was built as an automotive repair shop in 1920 and was completely rehabbed in 1980 to now offer a popular coffee shop and eatery on the first floor. Free parking is offered in the adjacent parking lot. The Loft is conveniently located within walking distance of a free bus service to Lambeau Field on game days. The Loft at 143-B offers the freedom and convenience of self-check-in with keyless entry. Bedding, towels, washcloths, toiletries, toilet paper, tissues, hairdryer, basic cleaning supplies are included. First aid kit on-premises.

Please note that due to the age and historic nature of the property, there is no elevator and access requires walking up a flight of stairs.

The Loft on Broadway is fully equipped with hand sanitizer and face masks. In addition, the loft has a private entrance and encompasses the entire floor which is perfect for the traveler concerned with COVID-19. The loft offers privacy, professional cleanliness, and large enough space to socially distance!
