Come and enjoy your stay at this hidden gem located in the downtown Tempe. You can rent out the downstairs with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, as well as get access to the swimming pool and huge yard. This home is surrounded by a palm tree grove for privacy, yet it just off of Mill Ave, a popular street with great restaurants, bars, shopping, and more! This home includes a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor fireplace, a full bathroom, and more.

This house is unique because it is a located right in downtown Tempe, and is built on an acre palm tree grove. You get the luxury of the nature, as well as the downtown city experience!
