The description of the location of the apartment was very accurate; shopping, eating, drinking, attractions, and subways are within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and minimal; as shown in the photos. The bed and futon were comfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom was awesome. Having WiFi was great. Linens and towels were clean and comfortable.
Artie was very responsive to my texts/calls. He was able to offer suggestions on what we could do with our luggage since we arrived much earlier than check-in time (e.g. lockers at Penn Station or Grand Central Terminal).
This was my first AirBnB experience. I appreciate Artie for walking me through it. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here again the next time I am in the area.
Artie's place is really comfortable and in a great part of town. Very clean and modern I appreciate his willingness to book my visit.
Super modern, very clean, and quiet! Loved the "no-stairs" thing. Felt very safe and there's a great bagel place practically next door! Would definitely stay here again.
We had Avery smooth experience. Artie was clear and communicative and responded right away to questions!
My mom and I stayed at Artie's place while we explored museums and wandered around Manhattan. It was clean, easily accessible- close to plenty of subway lines and very well insulated. After a long day touring and walking the city it was wonderful to come home to a clean and quiet apartment. There is also an adorable French wine bar on the adjacent block that we fell in love with. I highly recommend this apartment- especially for those ready to walk and take the subway and enjoy the city as if you lived there.
This apartment was perfect! Within walking distance from a bunch of great restaurants and shops, as accurate as the AirBnB description posted, and Artie was easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. I would definitely stay here again next time I travel to NY!
Artie was very communicative and welcoming! He is super-responsive, was very helpful introducing me to the neighborhood and finding my way around. He was accommodating to our schedule needs on check-in (we were in NY to see a Broadway show in the afternoon). The flat was very well-maintained, pleasant, nicely lit and comfortable. Quiet and safe. Great location! Close to the subway going uptown, and walking distance to Little Italy, Chinatown, and the 9/11 memorial. A special note to knitters and crocheters out there: You're just 5 blocks down the street from Purl Soho, one of the best LYS in the country.
