We didnt meet Artie in person but he was very helpful and always replied to calls or e-mails. The apartment ist clean and neat. We used both beds and had a good sleep. I highly recommend this apartment und will book it again.
Artie and Mimi arranged for their housekeeper to meet us at the apartment, but we were delayed so we picked up the keys nearby. They communicated by email to check we had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to get the subway to where we wanted to go. The apartment was equipped with everything we required. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
Artie had us text him as we were taking a taxi from the airport into the city. The keys were waiting for us. The apartment is very conveniently located, as others have said. It was comfortable and we loved that it was on the first floor with no stairway to climb! It was also very clean upon arrival.
Arrived at Artie's ground floor Soho Hideaway in the very early hours of the morning and were delighted not to have to negotiate stairs with all our bags to access the apartment.
The apartment's location was as promoted, right in the funky Soho district, and right at the top of the Little Italy strip - getting around for us was easiest and cheapest with cabs or Uber as there were three in the group.
We had a couple of small hiccups with the accommodation but contact with the host was easy and these issues were resolved satisfactorily.
The apartment is functional and comfortable, however some maintenance to the shower head and some new sheets and pillows is required to make things a little more comfortable.
A fantastic location and apartment - highly recommended for a NYC stay!
Nice property in a hard to beat location with excellent transport links. Pleasant host with quick and professional correspondence. Overall a very enjoyable experience, would definitely stay again.
Artie's apartment was fantastic! There were three of us staying here for just under two weeks and it suited us perfectly! In an incredible location in SoHo, easily accessible to subway, shopping on Broadway and walkable distance to TriBeca. The apartment was clean, shower was strong and hot! We were greeted by Butch a local restaurant owner who was very accommodating. It is also right next to a fantastic coffee shop - Happy Bones. Very happy, will definitely recommend to friends and family.
