The space
Modern mountain retreat with vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan and ample seating. A master bedroom with king bed and full bath. A second bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle. A second full bath, off the hallway, next to the second bedroom. The sectional couch includes a queen sofa bed.

Portable AC Unit in living room/kitchen area and a second unit downstairs. Washer/Dryer in unit.

Note: This listing is in a natural area, where wildlife is present.

Guest access
Park in one of the many parking areas on site (with a parking tag provided by us). Once you park, you may not want to use your car again until you leave (though you certainly can to go to one of the lakes which are just minutes away). Gondola and restaurants are a five minute walk. Trolley/bus lines around town are 30 seconds to 2 minutes walking distance.

Other things to note
Condo and condo complex include everything a family wants on a Mammoth vacation: perfect location; walking distance to all of the fun events, shops, restaurants and gondola, new modern updates, board games, books, stocked kitchen, new appliances, comfy beds, cable, streaming, TVs in all bedrooms, pool, spa, sauna, game room (with pool table, ping pong table and pinball machine).

Walk to the gondola, shops, restaurants and festivities in the Village! The Mammoth Estates complex is right next to the Westin and just up the street from the gondola. You can park your car and leave it for your entire trip if you wish. Main bus routes to all Mammoth has to offer, right next to the complex (blue line to Canyon Lodge and take the trolley to Old Town).

Our family loves having short term rentals that we can enjoy along with our guests. My husband and I work in the entertainment industry so for work & play, we enjoy having homes that are equipped with high speed internet, cable and streaming access. We love the calm and small town feeling of La Quinta and Mammoth (the sunsets and stars are amazing in both) as a juxtaposition to the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles life. We hope you will too!
