Adorable country retreat under an hour from NYC - perfect for a romantic couples getaway or a family of 4. Located in the village, our quaint cottage is walkable to everything; Restaurants, bars, grocer, cvs, bagels, bus stop and even the public beach!! Minutes away from TONS of local attractions; drive-in, skiing, renaissance fair, wineries, shopping, lake activities, orchards, creameries, parks, Appalachian trail, spa, rafting, golf, water park, & so much more. The space
The home is about 500 sq ft but feels so much larger! Its one of the rare listings in the village and just half a block off the main strip, but tucked away for a quiet stay! The bedroom has 1 full size bed and sleeper sectional that converts to a second full size bed. PLEASE NOTE they are in the same room! There is a twin air mattress in the closet. The living room has a huge leather sectional, 4k TV, plenty of blankets, WiFi, and a desk to work at. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, cutlery, & flatware (feel free to help yourself to whatever is in the cabinets!). Soaps/towels/linens/all basic bathroom necessities are provided. The windows have blackout curtains. Off-street parking is available for 1 car and unlimited street parking.

Guest access
The entire home is accessible. The utility room is UNLOCKED, but we request no entry into this room unless of an emergency.

There are 2 cottages on the property. This is the main/front cottage.
